A useful form for collecting / note taking as you do your research. This form is from the Legacy9 software.

Each family group is recorded separately i.e. – Father, Mother , Children.
Then a new form for – child1, spouse, children  – etc
Makes it reasonably easy to keep track of relationships – work forward and back as needed.!

Print as needed – no need to stock a lot of blank forms (UNLESS you are going to a family reunion!)

These can also be printed with your currently recorded info if you are using Legacy 9.
